Dahi Pakhala is a traditional dish offered as part of the daily chappan bhog at the Jagannath temple in Puri, Odisha. It consists of cooked rice soaked in water, mixed with yogurt, spices, and tempered with mustard seeds. This is offered to the deities during afternoon worship rituals.
