From my early childhood days, I have been an avid collector of recipes. Being brought up in a cross-cultural environment, I was exposed to food from various parts of India. I was an avid collector of recipes featuring in magazines, TV show since my childhood. This actually helped shape my interest in exploring cuisines of India and beyond. During this journey, I also developed a passion for cooking. Thus, the journey of Arpita’s Cookbook began since 2020.

Food tempts us, motivates us, helps us express ourselves, nourishes us, and above all it also “HEALS US”. So, herein I set sail to this amazing world of food, nutrition, and health.
