From my early childhood days, I have been an avid collector of recipes. Being brought up in a cross-cultural environment, I was exposed to food from various parts of India. I was an avid collector of recipes featuring in magazines, TV show since my childhood. This actually helped shape my interest in exploring cuisines of India and beyond.
